Our Story

The Coffee Cabin was born right here in Manson.

Owned and operated by two locals who were born and raised in this town (and married each other along the way), The Coffee Cabin opened its window in 2017 with a simple goal: serve really good coffee, really fast, and make everyone feel welcome while doing it.

What started as a small coffee stand quickly became part of the daily rhythm of Manson. Locals on their way to work. Families after school drop-off. Visitors discovering us for the first time and coming back again before they leave town. Year after year, through every season, The Coffee Cabin has remained one of the strongest and most consistent businesses in the community.

We’re known for coffee made in record time without sacrificing quality, and for offering something for everyone. From classic coffee drinks to creative favorites, from quick breakfasts to hearty, homemade comfort food. Our menu goes beyond the window with house-made biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos and sandwiches, homemade beer bread, soups, and rotating breakfast and lunch options that keep people coming back.

At the heart of it all is community. We’re proud to serve the town that raised us and grateful for the people who continue to support a business built on hard work, consistency, and care.
